Home to Stay® is a project of Adoption Resources of Wisconsin and Jockey Being Family™. 
The program was created to support families who have adopted through the foster care system. The Home to Stay® program connects families with a post-adoption specialist who will visit your home after adoption finalization with personalized backpacks for all of your children, as well as a special gift for parents.
The backpacks are filled with “goodies”— handmade blankets, books, games and music— all personalized to your child’s interests. Also included is information and resources to help you as you continue through the next phase of your adoption journey.
