Those who know him best describe Dakota as a caring, eager to learn, helpful, and active young boy who likes hugs. His caring extends to animals too! He has a love for animals and is willing to help care for them. Dakota can be pretty independent, but he isn’t afraid to ask for help from trusted caregivers when needed. Some of Dakota’s interests include football (especially the Green Bay Packers), soccer, and playing outside. Some of his favorite foods include pizza and ice cream—he is also a big fan of snacks! Dakota would do best in a two-parent no-matter-what family that has pets and preferably older siblings. A loving, patient, consistent family that is knowledgeable of trauma and its effects on children will also be vital. His no-matter-what family must value and nurture birth family connections. Dakota can move out of the state of Wisconsin if this is where his no-matter-what family resides.
