ARW changed its name to the Coalition for Children, Youth & Families to more accurately reflect the work we do with foster as well as adoptive families and to demonstrate our commitment to supporting everyone touched by the child welfare system. Our mission has NOT changed.

We are an organization that receives funding from the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families to provide information about adoption to: 
- Prospective adoptive parents
- Social workers
- The general public
We provide:
- Adoption information and referrals to adoptive parents and child welfare professionals
- A confidential and toll-free telephone line in Wisconsin
- Recruitment efforts for children waiting in foster care for permanency
- Post-adoption support, referrals and information for adoptive families
- Training opportunities and events for parents
